Amis Culinary Director, Chef Brad Spence is going head to head with Zahav alum and current Executive Chef of Kensington Quarters, Matt Harper in a 4-course culinary battle.
Both chefs will be challenged to use the secret ingredients to create a delicious meal for the judges - YOU! Only one will prevail with the winning chef donating a portion of proceeds to a charity of their choice. Which will be victorious - Brad Spence's take on authentic Roman cuisine or Matt Harper's rustic farmhouse-style? Buy a ticket and you can decide.
$60 per person includes 4-courses, 2 dishes each and one winner. Optional beer or wine tasting available for purchase on night of event.
