Get hands on and learn to roll with the best at our interactive pasta class with head chef Drew DiTomo. You'll learn the best tips and techniques for making your own pastas and sauces that will be sure to wow friends and family at home.
Reservations are required. The class includes instruction, house wine and refreshments, and 4-course pasta tasting.

Join us and our friends from Res Ipsa Cafe for a night of Southern Italian wine & cuisine pairings. Chef Michael Vincent Ferreri will join chefs Brad Spence and Andrew DiTomo in the kitchen to create a pop-up menu inspired by chef Ferreri's Sicilian heritage. $35 optional Southern Italian wine pairing.

Antipasti: res ipsa caponata with semolina bruschetta
Pairing: Di Giovanna, Gerbino Rosato di Nerello Mascalese ‘16
Pasta: rigatoni with swordfish alla sicilliana sauce
Pairing: Annona, Paestum Bianco ‘16
Secondo: rabbit agrodulce with broccoli rabe and new potato
Pairing: Firriato, Le Sabbie dell’Etna Rosso '15
Dolce: almond semifreddo with sesame fennel cracker
Pairing: House made limoncello

We'll be open all day from 10am until 10pm to celebrate with a special menu and bubbles galore. Make sure to book your reservation now before they fill up! We will be serving our normal dinner menu all day accompanied by pop-up brunch menu listed below:
