Join us as we escape to Tuscany for one night to explore the region with guest sommelier, Count Capponi of Villa Calcinaia. The 20th Generation of the Capponi family to run the estate of Villa Calcinaia, Count Capponi will take guests through the colorful history of the family while also exploring the wines of the province. In the kitchen, our chefs will also highlight the cuisine of the region with a few Tuscan-inspired ‘Beast of Amis’ specials.

You'll learn the best tips and techniques for making your own pastas and sauces that will be sure to wow friends and family at home. Reservations are required. The class includes instruction, house wine and refreshments, and 4-course pasta tasting.
