Learn all about the art of whole-animal butchery during an interactive class at bar amis. you will learn how to butcher a whole hog and utilize the specialty cuts in various dishes all while enjoying assorted snacks and house wine + beer. Select cuts will be sent home for guests to test their newly learned skills at home! Led by culinary director Brad Spence and executive chef Scott Reddy.

Joining us from our newest Amis location in Devon, Executive Chef & recent "Chopped" Champion Kristina Wisneski will battle it out with Danny DiGiampietro, owner of Angelo's Pizzeria, which recently opened the doors to its new outpost in South Philly.
Both chefs will be challenged to use the secret ingredients to create a delicious four-course meal for the judges - YOU!
